Jack Marsh | I am a Back End Engineer building payments infrastructure at Thought Machine, a FinTech company developing cloud native core banking software. We license this software to various commercial banks such as JPMorgan Chase & Co., Lloyds Banking Group and Standard Chartered, to name a few.
When I joined Thought Machine in 2019, the company was still a relatively small start up that could barely process 15 payments per second. Since then I have worked on scaling out our payments and balance processors to handle upwards of 15,000 payments per second. We are now one of the United Kingdoms most recent FinTech unicorns (a start up with a $1 billion valuation). |

Charles Kerr | I currently work full-time at Google, specifically within the YouTube team as a YouTube Growth Specialist (TLDR: I basically help companies to grow their channels and business using YouTube), have my own personal YouTube channel (linked below), help out my good friend Wilhelm with his SaaS company, Simple Poll and do some consulting/building websites on the side. |

Charlie Lockwood | I am an Aerodynamics Software Team Leader for Haas F1 Team, based in Maranello, Italy. I lead a cross-functional group that develops bespoke analysis tools and data-driven solutions across the full stack for our aerodynamics department. We focus on software supporting analysis of data acquired using our wind tunnel and through CFD simulations. These are the primary tools used by our engineers in their pursuit of improving the aerodynamic performance of our car on track. |
